==Early life==
Radinsky was born in Baku Azerbaijan to father Shpigelman Vladimir (engineer) and to mother Lapidus Dora (musician). She moved to Moscow, Russia at the early age in which she lived until 1990. She had her interest in arts since an early age. She had her first solo show of arts when she was in 9th Grade.〔 She studied art
under the guidance of a Russian artist Moisey Tevelevich Khazanov, professor of Art Institute in Moscow from 1972 to 1974.
